It is filled to the brim with a smooth cream made from lúcuma—the unique Andean fruit famous for its maple-and-sweet-caramel flavour profile—and generous layers of rich Chilean Manjar (caramel).

Serving Recommendations:
You can obviously serve slices as large or as small as you like but if looking for guidance we would suggest cutting the 7 Inch cake into 10 slices, the 9 Inch cake into 18 slices, and the 11 Inch cake into 25 slices.
Serving & Storage Note:
To preserve its unique texture and style, this cake is kept frozen. Simply take it out of your freezer shortly before serving for the perfect ice-cream-cake experience!

How to Order:
Because this cake features fresh cream and requires refrigeration, it is available for local collection only. Please get in touch using our contact form at least 14 days in advance to check availability and book your date!
